摘要:
本文采用爆炸快速落刀法获得切屑标本,对40CrMo钢退火状态下,不同切削速度的切屑,运用扫描电镜和光学显微镜分析了切屑的第一变形区和二第变形区的组织变化,指出了切削速度为46m/min下,第一变形区的组织已有部分发生回复和再结晶; 第二变形区部分组织已发生奧氏体化,随后转变为马氏体,由此可以得出第二变形区同时发生了塑性变形、加工硬化和回复,再结晶,奧氏体化的典型热加工特征。从物理冶金方面来说,是“微区热加工”过程。

The structural changes of the primary shear zone and the second shear zone in chip using "Quick-stop" technique were investigated by scanning electron microscope and optical microscope in 40CrMo steel annealed at various cutting speed.It was found that so
