摘要:
针对传统不间断电源(UPS)整机控制策略存在切换条件覆盖面不足、难以追溯问题根源,以及传统的开发方法开发周期长、效率低等问题,采用分层设计方法设计不间断电源控制系统结构.首先,将整机控制策略的制定化分为各层次子功能模块策略的制定.然后,采用基于模型设计的开发方法,在MATLAB/Simulink仿真工具上完成从模型搭建、代码自动生成到软件在环测试的开发过程.最后,将自动生成的代码下载到实验样机上进行集成整机测试.实验结果表明:基于模型设计方法开发的整机控制器可以准确实现UPS切换供电功能;采用分层设计的方法简化控制系统的设计,有助于软件的移植、升级和查找问题;基于模型设计自动生成的代码完全可以替代人工的编码,缩短开发周期.
Abstract:
Aiming at the disadvantages of the traditional uninterruptible power supply(UPS)control strategy, such as insufficient coverage for switching conditions, difficulty in tracing the root causes of problems, long development cycle and low efficiency, a hierarchical design method was adopted to design the structure of the UPS control system. Firstly, the formulation of the whole control strategy was divided into formulations of sub-function module strategies for each level. Then the development method based on model design was used to complete the development process from model building, code auto-generation to software in loop test using MATLAB/Simulink simulation. Finally, the auto-generated code was downloaded to the experimental prototype to conduct the integrated whole system test. Simulation and experimental results show that the machine controller based on the model design method can realize the function of accurate switching the power supply of the UPS. The layered structure design simplifies the design of the control system and facilitates software migration, upgrading, and problem locating. The automatically generated code based on the model design can completely replace the manual coding, which can shorten the development cycle.
