摘要:
基于Moldflow软件,通过改变塑件上加强筋的厚度、高度及浇口位置,对典型壳形注塑件的收缩和翘曲变形进行模拟成型分析,并优化设计加强筋.结果表明:加强筋会减小塑件的收缩率并影响翘曲变形量,塑件翘曲变形受加强筋的厚度影响比较大,且与浇口形式及其位置有关,加强筋的高度变化对变形影响不显著.加强筋的厚度与塑件基体壁厚不同,造成收缩不均导致翘曲变形,变形量随着加强筋厚度的加大,呈现先增大后减小的趋势.通过选取合理的浇口位置及加强筋尺寸,可以利用塑件基体部分的翘曲与加强筋所引起的翘曲相互抵消,从而减小塑件的总体变形量.
Abstract:
The ribs of the shell-shaped injection molding part were optimized by means of Moldflow software. The parts with different height and thickness and different injection gates were simulated, and the warpage and the shrinkage under various parameters were got. The results showed that rib to reduce the shrinkage of the part and affect the warpage as well. The thickness of the rib is the main factor to increase warpage, the warpage is related to the form and location of the gate. And the height of the rib hasn’t the significant effect on the warpage. Warp was caused due to the different thickness of the rib and the part, and it increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of the thickness of the rib. The warpage caused by rib can offset against that caused by the part when the gate be correctly placed as well as the ribs be optimally designed. Thus the overall amount warpage of the plastic parts is reduced.
