摘要:
结合传统的关键路线法网络压缩的数学模型,研究不确定因素引起的工程施工暂停造成工期延迟的承包商赶工问题.首先,给出承包商赶工模型研究的基本假设及前提; 然后,在此基础上构建存在施工暂停考虑项目无规定截至日期的承包商一般赶工模型.通过对模型的分析与求解可以看出,理性的承包商会选择增加初始时的赶工时限,从而减少中断施工对项目的影响.即施工暂停时,承包商的赶工时间应大于基本方案所确定的压缩工期下限,从而给出了最优的赶工策略,提出对施工暂停事件的最佳应对策略.
Abstract:
Combined with the traditional model of critical path method network compression,the problem of contractor rush-work is studied,which is caused by construction suspension due to uncertainties.Firstly,the basic assumptions and premises of the model about the contractor rush-work are introduced.The general model of the contractor rush-work considering suspension for the projects without deadline is established.The analysis of the model shows: the rational contractors would increase the initial time,thus reduce the impact of the construction suspension.During suspension,the rush hours of the contractor should be greater than the lower limit of compression duration,then the optimal schedule of rush-work is suggested,and the optimal response strategy to construction suspension is obtained.
