摘要:
针对EXPRESS语言定义的数据不能在网上传输的问题,提出基于STEP-NC和XML相结合的数控编程的方式,并分析XML Schema的检验纠错功能.基于EXPRESS语言的STEP-NC数控文件,统一表征CNC加工过程中涉及的全部信息,实现CAD,CAM和CNC之间的无缝连接及制造系统的集成,可以为数控系统提供完整的产品数据.利用ISO 10303-28标准,将EXPRESS语言与XML语言结合起来,可以实现网络企业间的产品信息共享与集成,以及数控系统的开放性能和远程控制功能.
Abstract:
The type of NC programming based on STEP-NC and XML is presented and the function of error correction of XML Schema is analyzed,owing to the problem that the data defined by EXPRESS language can’t be transmitted in the network.The NC files defined by STEP-NC based on EXPRESS language can cover the entire information in the CNC machining process,implement the seamless connection of CAD,CAM and CNC as well as the integration of manufacturing system,and provide the complete product data for NC system.Using ISO 10303-28 standard,the combination of EXPRESS language and XML language can carry out the sharing and integration of product information among network enterprises,and have open performance and remote control performance of NC systems.
