摘要:
采用差示扫描量热仪,研究高含量碳纤维增强尼龙6(CF/PA6)复合材料的非等温结晶行为,应用Je-ziorny法和Liu法对尼龙6(PA6)的非等温结晶动力学过程进行处理.结果表明,高含量碳纤维的引入对基体尼龙6的结晶起到促进的作用,提高其结晶速率,缩短了结晶时间,但对基体尼龙6的成核机理和晶体生长方式没有发生很大的改变.
Abstract:
The nonisothermal crystallization behaviors of high content carbon fiber reinforced nylon 6 were studied by DSC.Jeziorny method and Liu method were used to analyze the system′s nonisothermal crystallization.The results indicate that high content of carbon fiber improved the crystallization rate of nylon 6 matrix and reduced the crystallization time.However,the nucleation mechanism and crystal growth way of PA 6 matrix hadn′t changed.
