摘要:
借助Au-S化学键的作用,在金基底上组装DL-半胱氨酸(Cys),形成单层自组装膜Cys/Au.然后,利用Cu2+的配位桥联作用,将1-萘胺乙酸(NAA)组装于Cys/Au上,构建一种新型的自组装多层膜NAA/Cu/Cys/Au.文中采用电化学、荧光光谱、电子能谱等方法表征自组装膜的结构,采用电化学阻抗谱技术和循环伏安法研究该荧光性自组装膜的性能.结果表明,基于铜离子配位作用的NAA/Cu/Cys/Au膜与基于静电作用制得的双层膜NAA/Cys/Au相比,具有更好的导电性.
Abstract:
With the help of chemical bonding of Au-S, DL -cysteine(Cys) was assembled onto the base of gold to form a self-assembled monolayer. Taking advantage of coordinate bridging action of Cu 2+,a fluorescent reagent 2-(1-naphthyl) aminoaceticacid(NAA) was then assembled onto Cys/Au to construct a new type self-assembled multi-layered film of NAA/Cu/Cys/Au. The structure of this self-assembled film was characterized by adopting electrochemical method, fluoressence spectrum and electronic energy-band spectrum. The performance of this fluorescent self-assembled film was studied by adopting electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. As shown by the results, the electroconductibility of NAA/Cu/Cys/Au film based on coordination of Cu 2+ was higher than that of NAA/Cys/Au prepared on the basis of electrostatic effect.
