摘要:
采用无机粘结剂H3 PO4 CuO取代酚醛树脂粘结剂,制作树脂磨具 .CuO粉在 890~ 910℃下灼烧,灼烘后经球磨机破碎,加入H3 PO4,Al(OH) 3 混合液,以及金刚石微粉、白刚玉、填料和其它添加剂等,搅拌均匀,于热压机上加热至 14 0℃,热压成型 .脱模后,磨块放置 1~ 2h,于 80℃烘干 3h .用环氧树脂胶接种在酚醛树脂磨盘上,制作成锋利、耐磨的树脂磨具 .
Abstract:
Inorganic adhesive H3PO4 CuO is presented for replacing phenol aldehyde resin adhesive in preparing diamond grinder. CuO powder is calcined into agglomeration at 890~910 ℃, and is crushed in ball mill and is screened through a screen with 200~300 meshes. Add into it the mixture solution of H 3PO 4 and Al(OH) 3, primary abrasive diamond powder, white corundum, W A, filler and some other additives. Agitate them homogeniously. Put them into the mould and heat them up to 140 ℃ at hot pressing machine. After hot forming and stripping, the grinding block is placed 1~2 hours. and is dried at 80 ℃ for 3 hours. And then, the grinding block is sticked to a phenolic resin grinding plate with epoxy resin glue. A resin grinder characterized by sharp and wear resistance is made.
