扩展一种和玻璃基体结合力高的化学镀铜技术,它在玻璃表面上喷雾覆盖一层醋酸锌,然后热解形成半导体氧化锌薄膜 .将此附有氧化锌的玻璃浸渍硝酸银稀溶液,利用光还原法将银离子还原为单质银,并以银为催化剂在附有氧化锌薄膜的玻璃上化学镀铜 .文中通过差热 热重分析 (TG DTA)、X 射线衍射 (XRD)和扫描电境 (SEM)表征了上述过程,探讨半导体氧化锌光还原银离子的机理 .
Abstract:
A technique of electroless plating was developed for preparing a copper layer with strong adhesion to glass substrate. A layer of zinc acetate was sprayed on the surface of glass, and then a zinc oxide film as a semiconductor was formed by pyrolysis. Dipping this zinc oxide adsorbed glass into dilute solution of silver nitrate, silver ion was reduced into silver as simple substance by photo reduction. The silver was used as catalyst in electroless plating of copper on the zinc oxide film adsorbed glass. In this paper, the processes mentioned above was characterized by differential thermal analysis thermogravimetry, X ray diffraction, and scanning electron microscope; and the mechanism of photo reduction of silver ion by zinc oxide semiconductor was discussed.
