以乙醇、磷酸氢二钾和水形成亲水有机相 /含盐水体系 .用该体系萃取分离L 赖氨酸,实验考察其可能性和影响因素 .结果表明,赖氨酸在该体系的分配系数K,随体系成相磷酸二氢钾浓度的增加而减小,随体系pH值的增大而增大,而添加NaCl带来的影响却很小 .该体系在wK2 HPO4 =0 .2 5,wC2 H5OH=0 .2 0和pH =1 3时,赖氨酸的分配系数K可达 1 2 .8.这为赖氨酸的分离和精制提供了一种新可能
Abstract:
A hydrophilic organic phase/salt containing aqueous system is formed by ethanol and dipotassium hydrogen phosphate and water. An experimental investigation is made on the possibility and the influencing factors of lysine extraction and separation by using this system. As indicated by the results, the partition coefficient K of L lysine decreases with the increase of the concentration of patassium dihydrogen phosphate during phase formation in the system, and increases with the increase of pH value of the system; but it is influenced very little by the addition of sodium chloride. The partition coefficient of lysine can be in creased up to 12.8 when the system is under the conditions of w K 2HPO 4 =0.25, w C 2H 5SOH =0.20 and pH=13. This provides a new possibility for the separation and refining of lysine.
