摘要:
以厦门市危房改造办公室台风跟踪预警系统的研制为例,详细地介绍应用地理信息系统(GIS)技术建立台风监测系统的过程 .该系统能对台风的形成地点、移动路径、登陆时间和登陆地点进行可视化的跟踪和记录,达到台风预警的目的 .
Abstract:
A tracking and forewarning system of typhoon was established by the office of remoulding dangerous building in Xiamen. Exemplifying by this system, the authors provide information in detail on the process of establishing a typhoon monitoring system by applying geographic information system. With this tracking and forewarning system, the locale of typhoon formation, the way of its shift, the time and the place of its landing can be visually tracked and recorded, and the objective of typhoon forewarning can thus be attained.
