摘要:
研究灰白色花岗石废弃物——石粉及碎料在墙地砖中的应用可能性 .实验试样在 90 0~ 110 0℃范围,以 1h左右时间烧结完成 .结果表明 :在熔剂质量分数为 0 .2 5~ 0 .35时,大部分样品吸水率、抗冲击强度符合釉面砖的性能要求; 部分样品符合或超过地砖的性能要求 .
Abstract:
A study was made on the possible application of the trash flour and fragment of ashen granite to the manufacture of wall and floor tiles.The sintering of testing samples was completed at the temperature ranging from 900 ℃ to 1 100 ℃ for about an hour.As shown by the results,when the agent of fusion was in a content of 25%~35%,most of the samples revealed a water absorption and a shock strength satisfying the requirement for the performance of glazed tiles; while parts of the samples revealed those satisfying or exceeding the requirement for the performance of floor tiles.
