摘要:
从招投标中心的职能出发,进行建设工程招投标管理信息系统的开发研究 .论述系统应具有的总体功能、功能模块,以及子系统的功能,提出系统网络的设计方案和系统用户权限划分的构想 .
Abstract:
Starting from the function of Center of Bidding and Tendering,a study is made on the development of management information system for bidding and tendering in constructional engineering. The authors relate and analyse total function, functional modules of the system, and function of various subsystems.An idea is presented on design plan of system network and jurisdiction division for trditional users
