摘要:
探索用液膜技术提取铌 ( )的实验条件 .采用 HNO3- HF体系溶解 Nb2 O5和 Ta2 O5,经试验以仲辛醇为载体时,铌 ( )的萃取受 H+浓度和 HF浓度的控制; 以 TNOA为载体时,在 6mol·L-1H2 SO4 - 2 mol· L-1HF介质中能对铌 ( )进行有效的萃取 .根据铌 ( )和钽 ( )的萃取条件,采用液膜技术对铌、钽进行分离 .结果表明,以仲辛醇为载体,在 6mol· L-1H2 SO4 - 0 .5mol· L-1HF介质中,能对铌、钽进行有效的分离 .
Abstract:
For separating niobium(Ⅴ) and tantalum(Ⅴ) by applying liquid film technique, the authors probe into experimental condition under which Nb(Ⅴ) will be extracted and adopt nitric acid hydrogen fluoride system to dissolve niobium axide and tantallic oxide. As shown by the experiment, the extraction of Nb(Ⅴ) is controlled by the concentration of hydrogen ions and hydrogen fluoride in case para octyl alcohol is taken as carrier; and Nb(Ⅴ) can be effectively extracted in the medium of 6 mol· L -1 sulfuric acid 2 mol· L -1 hydrogen fluoride in case tri n octyl amine(TNOA) is taken as carrier. Based on the conditon of Nb(Ⅴ) and Ta(Ⅴ) extraction by applying liquid film techniqne, they are separated. The results indicate that Nb(Ⅴ) and Ta(Ⅴ) can be effectively separated in the medium of 6 mol·L -1 sulfuric acid 0.5 mol·L -1 hydrogen fluoride in case para octyl alcohol is taken as carrier.
