摘要:
研究镍 -磷 -金刚石复合镀层的耐磨性 .实验表明经过一定方式前处理的金刚石在 p H值4 .5,温度 80℃,负载量 8~ 10 m2 · m-3 的工艺条件下,可以获得耐磨性优异的镍 -磷 -金刚石复合镀层 .经粗化亲水前处理的金刚石所得到的镍 -磷 -金刚石复合镀层,其耐磨性优于经活化亲水前处理金刚石所得到的复合镍层 .经粗化亲水前处理的金刚石在镀液中添加少量时,就可以获得优异的镍 -磷 -金刚石复合镀层 .镍 -磷 -金刚石复合镀层的耐磨性是经过热处理的 4 5号钢的 50多倍
Abstract:
A study is made on the abrasion resistance of (Ni P) diamond composite coating By adopting such technological conditions as pH value of 4 5 and temperature of 80 ℃ and capacity of 8~10 m 2·m -3 and by moderately adding diamond pretreating in specified way,a (Ni P) diamond composite coating with excellent abrasion resistance can be obtained.The abrasion resistance of (Ni P) diamond composite coating obtained from diamond with roughened and hydrophilic pretreatment is better than that obtained from diamondwith activated and hydrophilic prelreatment; and moreover,excellent(Ni P) diamond composite coating can be obtained by slightly adding to plating solution the diamond with roughened and hydrophilic pretreatment.The abrasion resistance of (Ni P) diamond composite coating is more than fifty times of that of steel No.45 after heat treatment.
