在商住楼建筑设计中,商业空间的“闹”与居住空间的“静”构成了一对矛盾,如何避免和减少“闹”空间对“静”空间的影响,是建筑师在工程实践中普遍关注的问题.通过对龙津商住楼的分析,阐述在喧闹街区中住宅组团外环境的优化途径,从而为住户的和睦相处提供一个相互交流的户外活动场所.同时,根据建设基地的具体情况,对沿街景观的创造、住宅座向的优化、街区噪音的隔离和房间西晒的遮挡等问题,提出了一系列行之有效的解决办法
