平面与竖向布置不均匀的泉州电信综合楼属特别不规则建筑,有必要进行罕遇地震作用下结构薄弱层(或薄弱部位)的判断及结构弹塑性变形验算.文中介绍了结构弹塑性分析法并采用空间弹塑性推覆(PUSHOVER)模型,对泉州电信综合大楼结构进行静力非线性分析.计算结果表明:结构在小震作用下变形满足规范的应小于1/800的规定,但对个别连梁和角柱进入塑性屈服阶段等薄弱部分的设计应加强; 结构在大震作用下变形满足规范的应小于1/50的规定
