摘要:
探讨单元模拟集成电路参数最优设计方法,将此最优问题归结为约束化的非线性问题,并用遗传算法求解.事实证明,采用该方法能更准确、更有效地解决此类问题.
Abstract:
A discussion is devoted to parameter optimization design of cell analog integrated circuit. This optimization can be summed up as a constrained nonlinear problem and solved by genetic algorithm. As proved by the facts, this kinds of problem can be solved
