摘要:
采用离子交换树脂(732阳离子交换树脂)从米根霉发酵液中直接提取L-乳酸,提取率达70%以上.它与现有的乳酸提取工艺相比,具有流程短、设备少、提取率高、无废渣产生和成品质量好等特点,因而具有较好的工业应用价值.
Abstract:
Ion exchange resin process is adopted for directly extracting L-lactic acid from rhizopus fermentation liquor, with an extraction rate over 70%. As compared with the existing technology for extracting lactic acid, this new process with simple equipment is
