摘要:
研究用溴乙锭和紫外线为诱变剂,筛选出不产黑色素并具有酵母样细胞形态的卜多糖生产菌种出芽短梗霉SN08.
Abstract:
With ethidium bromide and ultraviolet light as mutagen, SN08 as a strain bearing yeast-like cells and generating no melanin can be screened for the production of pullulan.
