摘要:
采用福建高岭土、伊利石类粘土矿粉(<2×10-6m),经酸活化处理后,用1%硅烷偶联剂对其进行表面修饰; 并利用IR光谱对亲水性粘土矿物的表面修饰方式进行初步的探讨.修饰后的粘土矿粉作为补强填料应用于橡胶体系,改善了填料与橡胶基体之间的复合性能,从而提高补强效果和室温硅橡胶的存放稳定性.

Saline modified clay fines are applied to the rubber system as reinforcing fillers. Their application improves the composite performance of rubber substrate and filler; and promotes the reinforcing effect and the storing stability of saline rubber at room
