摘要:
概述金刚石锯片的工作机理,指出钴基结合剂的致密度、硬度与金刚石把持力的关系,且以加入与不加入金刚石的结块的抗弯强度损失率的对比试验为主要依据,提出并论证增强钴基结合剂对金刚石把持力的两个可行途径──部分液相烧结与加入强碳化合物形成元素.
Abstract:
For improving the retention of cobalt base bonding agent to diamond,the authors propose and verify two feasible ways -partly liquid phase sintering and adding strong carbide forming elements into bonding agent. The proposal is based mainly on a comparison
