摘要:
论述了收费电视的意义和电视信号的加密原理,介绍适合我国国情的脉冲加扰法,本设计的脉冲加扰电路的原理和加扰效果,证明脉冲加扰的可行性,并提出一种保密性更可靠的新型加密措施。
