摘要:
为系统性解决大型会展中心建设中的多参与方协同低效、数据无损流转难度大、复杂结构施工控制难及运维轻量化要求高等技术瓶颈,以厦门国际博览中心为研究对象,提出“一模到底”建筑信息模型(BIM)总控管理模式,即以BIM贯穿建设全生命周期为核心,通过标准化管理机制与技术创新保障模型连续性和数据无损传递的协同管控体系。结果表明:“一模到底”BIM总控管理模式可系统性打通大型公建全生命周期数字化链条,为行业提供可复制的BIM实施范式。
Abstract:
To systematically solve the technical bottlenecks in the construction of large-scale convention and exhibition centers, such as low efficiency among multi-stakeholder collaboration, difficulties in seamless data transfer, difficulties in complex structural construction control, and high requirements of lightweight operation and maintenance, Xiamen International Convention and Exhibition Center is taken as the research object, and the “one-model-to-the-end” building information model(BIM)master control management mode is proposed. Taking BIM throughout the full life cycle of construction as the core, the collaborative management and control system ensure the continuity of the model and the seamless data transfer by standardized management mechanism and technological innovation. The results show that “one-model-to-the-end” BIM master control management mode can systematically open up the digital chain across the full life cycle of large-scale public buildings, and provide the industry with a replicable BIM implementation paradigm.
