摘要:
针对染色过程中染料和助剂不均容易导致色花问题,搭建干涉测量实验平台,采集染液处于不同均匀程度下的干涉条纹图,根据干涉条纹图形状特点及其频域特征,实现染液均匀性定性判断.实验结果表明:当染液存在化料不均的情况时,干涉条纹形态及频域特征相对均匀状态染液差异明显,利用干涉测量技术实现对染液均匀性检测的方法是可行的.
Abstract:
When the dissolution of dyes or dye auxiliaries is not uniform, it can be easy to cause colored spot.To solve this problem, experimental system platform of interferometry was designed, and the interference fringe images in different uniform degree of dye were collected. The shape feature of interference fringes and the features in frequency domainare was used to judge the uniform degree of dyeing solution. Experimental results prove that the difference of the shape of interference fringes and the features in frequency domain are obvious when the dyes in different degree of uniformity. Accordingly, analysis the degree of uniformity of dyes by using interferometric technique is feasible.
