摘要:
为解决业主方建筑信息模型(BIM)技术应用难题,在识别BIM技术应用风险的基础上,运用重要性指数和聚类分析对风险因素进行筛选.通过德尔菲法获得风险因素间的影响关系,构建业主方的风险网络.利用 Ucinet 6.0软件对风险网络的密度、凝聚力和中心性进行分析,确定风险网络中的关键风险因素.针对关键风险因素提出应对措施,并对措施效果进行检测.结果表明:CR4(对BIM的认知不足)、CR2(投资收益率低)、CR9(传统思维模式和管理方式未转变)和CR10(BIM 专业人才的匮乏)等4个风险因素是直接或间接引起其他风险发生的重要因素,网络复杂程度和关联关系都明显降低.
Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of the application of the information modeling(BIM)technology for the owner, the importance index and clustering analysis was used to choose factors based on the identification of the risk of the application of BIM technology. The relationship of the clustered risk factors were obtained by Delphi method, the risk network of owner was established. The density, cohesion and centrality of the risk network were analyzed by software Ucinet, the key risk factors in the risk network were determined. The measures to key risk factors were put forward, and the risk control effect was tested. The results show that: the four important factors leading to other risks directly or indirectly factors are CR4(lack of a certain domestic BIM data standards), CR2(low rate of return on investment), CR9(traditional thinking mode and unchanged management mode)and CR10(the lack of BIM professionals). The complexity and correlation of risk networks are obviously reduced.
