摘要:
针对城市快速路建设工期延期的现状和影响因素识别复杂的难题,在梳理城市快速路建设工期基本理论的基础上,构建城市快速路建设工期影响因素的等级全息模型(HHM).以厦门城市快速路建设为实证,通过专家访谈,初步分析城市快速路建设工期的影响原因;进而提出城市快速路建设工期的影响因素清单;采用专家权威度系数模型,对风险清单进一步计算和筛选.最后,从可控和不可控层面提出城市快速路建设工期控制的应对策略.
Abstract:
In order to discuss the complex factor influencing construction duration of urban expressway, the hierarchical holographic modeling(HHM)framework was proposed and used to identify the factors. The HHM model was set up on the basis of the principles of construction duration assessment and the current development of urban expressway. In the case study of Xiamen City, the potential contributory factors for the construction duration of urban expressway were investigated via expert interviews, a list of contributory factor was given, the list evaluated and screened further the factors using expert authority coefficient model. The strategies of duration control are put forward according to the controllability and uncontrollability aspects.
