摘要:
针对汽车座椅尺寸设计,结合人机工程学和统计学理论,提出基于累积概率和分组插值的人体静态尺寸的两种设计方法.通过建立第95个百分位假人模型,验证这两种设计方法对人体身高尺寸进行计算的有效性.结果表明:两种方法所得到的身高数据精度较好、结果相近,可以为汽车座椅的尺寸确定提供设计依据,也能为不同百分位假人模型的建立提供合理的尺寸.
Abstract:
Aiming at automobile seat design, two design methods of the static state size of human body were put forward based on cumulative probability and grouping interpolation combined with ergonomics and statistical theory. By establishing the 95th percentile dummy model, two design methods for calculating height of human body were verified. The results show that two methods have better data accuracy and similar results,which provides a basis for the design of automobile seat size and also provides a reasonable size for different percentile of dummy model.
