摘要:
为了改善显微成像系统的照明均匀度和光照度,对透射式显微镜照明装置中的聚光镜进行优化设计.首先,分析由双透镜组成的阿贝聚光镜光轴不对中、通光孔径小等问题对成像质量带来的负面影响.然后,提出用单一非球面透镜替代双透镜聚光镜来改善成像质量的方法.最后,实测聚光镜改进前后的照明装置对显微镜照明均匀度和光照度等关键性能指标的影响.实验结果表明:在20X,40X物镜下,使用单个非球面透镜组成的聚光镜的照明装置的照明均匀度分别达到0.50%和0.66%,比改进前的双透镜聚光镜的均匀度提高5倍;同时,优化聚光镜后的照明装置光照度比优化前分别提高了15%和17%.实际样本实验也表明,使用单个非球面镜聚光镜的照明装置能有效提高照明均匀度和光照度,可以改善透射式光学显微镜的成像质量.
Abstract:
The condenser of a transmissive optical microscope was optimized for improving its illumination uniformity and intensity. First, the adverse impact on the image quality resulting from potential misalignment of optical axes and small aperture of a multi-lens Abbe condenser was discussed. Then, an optimized design was proposed by using a single aspheric lens to replace the multi-lens Abbe condenser to improve the uniformity and intensity of illumination system. Finally, experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of the single aspheric lens condenser on image quality. The experimental results showed that the illumination uniformity of the microscope with the optimized condenser reached 0.50% and 0.66% under objectives with 20X and 40X magnifications respectively which were about 5 times better than those of the two-spherical lens condenser. Meanwhile, the intensity of the microscope with the new condenser increased over 15% and 17% under 20X and 40X objective lenses respectively as compared to those of the two-lensed system. Therefore, the optimized illumination system with a single aspheric lens can effectively improve the image uniformity and the intensity ofthe microscope, which results in an image of better quality.
