摘要:
通过颗粒离散单元法建模,系统研究分析物料分布、转子结构参数和破碎机处理量的内在关系,优化设计转子的结构,提升破碎机的处理量.利用离散单元法进行参数优化仿真,大幅减少破碎机试制成本,缩短开发周期.结果表明:选择合适的分料盘高度和喂料环内径可使物料从出料口抛出的位置较为理想,颗粒分布的均匀性也有所改善;在结构允许的条件下,要采用小的分料盘夹角和落料高度.
Abstract:
By using the particle discrete element method, the internal relationship between material distribution, rotor structure parameters and processing capacity of the crusher was studied systematically. The structure of the rotor was optimized and the processing capacity of the crusher was improved accordingly. Using the discrete element method to optimize the simulation parameters can greatly reduce the production cost of the crusher as well as shorten the development cycle. Results show that selecting suitable material dispersing cone height and feeding ring inner diameter can make an ideal thrown position on the discharging outlet, and the particle distribution uniformity is also improved. Under the condition of structure permission, it is necessary to adopt small material dispersing cone angle and feeding height.
