摘要:
通过模腔压力传感器测量模腔压力,研究模具不同部位的模腔压力曲线,测量注塑过程中的模腔压力和塑料制品残余应力,研究模腔压力曲线与塑料制品残余应力的关系.在此基础上,探讨注射压力和保压压力对模腔压力曲线形状的影响规律.实验结果表明:模腔压力曲线和塑料制品残余应力、注塑工艺参数有很大的关系.
Abstract:
Cavity pressure was measured by cavity pressure sensor to study cavity pressure in different position of injection mold. Cavity pressure and plastic part residual stress during the molding process were measured to study the relationship between them. On the basis, the effects of injection pressure and packing pressure on cavity pressure curve configuration were discussed. The experiment result shows that cavity pressure has a close connection with plastic part residual stress and injection parameters.
