摘要:
为增加轨道炮弹丸对目标的命中率,根据T形轨道的形状设计电枢为H形,构建H形电枢受力的数学模型,对其电感梯度进行分析计算并得到电感梯度理论表达式.利用Mathematics进行数值仿真,研究T形轨道的电感梯度的解析算法及发射轨道结构几何参数对电感梯度的影响规律,并与矩形轨道进行比较.结果表明:T形导轨比传统矩形导轨的电感梯度值有明显的提高,进一步说明将电枢设计成H形是可行的.
Abstract:
In order to increase the hit rate of railgun projectiles to the target, in this paper, the armature is designed as the H-shaped according to the shape of the T-shaped rail, according to the shape of the T-shaped rail. this base, the mathematical model is constructed by force of the armature, and the inductance gradient of the armature is analyzed and calculated, then theoretical expression of inductance gradient is obtained. By using Mathematics, numerical simulations are performedto study the inductance gradient analytical algorithm of T-shaped rail and the influence law of the launch trajectory geometric parameters to the inductance gradient, the values are compared with that of the rectangular rail. The results show that the inductance gradient value of T-shaped rail is significantly improved than the rectangular pme, further illustrate the feasibility of the design.
