摘要:
通过对时间相干性、空间相干性产生无衍射光束的理论分析和实验对比研究,证实在产生无衍射光束的过程中,空间相干性比时间相干性发挥更大的作用.介绍绿光发光二极管(LED)、宽条形边发射半导体激光器和垂直腔面发射半导体激光器产生无衍射光束的国内外研究进展.对比分析表明:通过提高光源的空间相干性能够明显提高无衍射光束的质量.
Abstract:
According to the theory analysis and experimental research of the Bessel beam with different degree of temporal coherence and spatial coherence, we can conclude that spatial coherence plays more important role than that of temporal coherence on the generation and propagation of Bessel beam. The green light-emitting diodes, broad-stripe edge-emitting semiconductor lasers and vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers are presented as the light source of generating Bessel beam. Compared with former results, we find that the quality of Bessel beam can be significantly enhanced by improving the spatial coherence of light sources.
