摘要:
根据发光二极管(LED)照度分布函数及导光板中光的传输特性,推导出一种圆形导光板散射网点的计算方法.与传统布点方法相比,该方法可以减少布点过程中LED正前方网点删除(减小网点密度)及LED之间网点增加(增加网点密度)的步骤,从而减少实际背光模组网点设计过程的改版次数.利用VBA编程生成网点,通过Speos光学软件对一个圆形背光模组进行模拟仿真,结果显示可以获得一个均匀分布的照度图.
Abstract:
According to the light emitting diode(LED)illumination distribution function and the transmission characteristics of light in the light guide plate, a calculation method of scattering netted dots in the round light guide plate is deduced. Comparing the traditional method of netted dots distribution, this method can reduce the steps of deleting the number of netted dots in front of LED(reduce netted dots density)and increasing the number of netted dots between LED(increase netted dots density), so as to reduce the number of revision in actual backlight module netted dots design process. The netted dots are generated using VBA program. A round backlight module is simulated by speos optical software, and the results shows that a uniform illuminance distribution figure can be obtained.
