摘要:
建立一种调经益母胶囊中盐酸水苏碱含量的离子交换高压液相色谱(HPLC)测定方法. 色谱条件: 色谱柱为Hypersil SCX(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm); 流动相为12 mmol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(含体积分数为0.02%三乙胺和体积分数为0.2%冰乙酸);检测波长为192 nm;流速为1.0 mL·min-1;柱温为30 ℃.实验结果表明:盐酸水苏碱在0.162 8~0.814 0 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 95),平均加样回收率为97.31%,峰面积积分值的相对标准偏差为0.88%(n=6).
Abstract:
In this paper, a determination method was established to determine the content of stachydrine hydrochloride in Tiaojing Yimu capsules by using an ion-exchange high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The chromatographic conditions were: the chromatographic column was Hypersil SCX(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm); the mobile phase was 12 mmol·L-1 monopotassium phosphate(comprising 0.02% triethylamine and 0.2% acetic acid); the detection wavelength was set at 192 nm; the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the column temperature was controlled at 30 ℃. Results showed that the calibration curves for stachydrine hydrochloride showed good linearity in the range of 0.162 8~0.814 0 μg(r=0.999 95), and the average recovery rate was 97.31%, with RSD=0.88%(n=6).
