摘要:
采用发光二极管(LED)脉冲光源作为激发光,研究罗丹明B荧光的瞬态光谱特征.激发光源为3个中心发射波长分别为406,464和528nm的超高亮紫光、蓝光和绿光LED.实验结果表明:不同激发光颜色(波长)、不同脉冲宽度和不同罗丹明B浓度得到的荧光强度有很大差别; 在同一浓度下,激发光持续时间(脉冲宽度)小于10ms,只有绿光激发能产生强的荧光,紫光和蓝光不能产生荧光; 而脉冲宽度大于20ms时,紫光和蓝光激发有荧光出现,但强度都比绿光激发时小很多,并且蓝光激发时荧光最弱.采用合适脉冲宽度的紫光、蓝光和绿光LED作为激发光源,可以得到罗丹明B的特征荧光光谱.
Abstract:
In this paper,light-emitting diode(LED) source as excitation light pulses is used to study the transient spectra characteristics of rhodamine B.Excitation light source with three central wavelengths are 406 nm,464 nm and 528 nm super bright purple,blue and green LED.Experimental results show that the fluorescence intensities are very different with the different excitation light color(wavelength),pulse duration and different concentration of the rhodamine B.In the same concentration,if the excitation duration(pulse width) is less than 10 ms,only green fluorescent excitation can produce strong fluorescence,purple and blue light can not produce fluorescence; if the pulse width is greater than 20 ms,the purple and blue can excite fluorescence but the intensity of excitation is much smaller than that of the green,and the fluorescence of blue is weakest.Using a suitable pulse width of purple,blue and green LED as the excitation source,the characteristics of the fluorescence spectra of rhodamine B can be obtained.
