摘要:
利用灰色系统理论,研究碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)筋夹板式锚具紧固螺栓扭矩分布对锚固性能影响,对夹板式锚具第1~3排紧固螺栓(加载端-自由端)施加扭矩及总施加扭矩等参数进行关联分析.研究结果表明:第3排螺栓施加扭矩对于试件极限荷载的关联度最高,其后依次为总施加扭矩、第2排螺栓施加扭矩和第1排螺栓施加扭矩.最后,基于分析结果建立考虑螺栓扭矩分布的CFRP筋夹板式锚具极限抗拔力计算模型,回归出相关系数,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好.
Abstract:
Grey correlation analysis was conducted to study the performance-influence parameters of the clamping anchor for CFRP(carbon fiber reinforced polymer) rods.The two parameters were taken into consideration: the individual torque applied to the bolts(from loaded end to free end) and the total torque.Based on analytical results,the sequence from the high correlation of ultimate load to low correlation is: the individual torque applied to the third row of bolts,the total torque,the torque applied to the second row of bolts and the first row of bolts.A model considering the distribution of torque is established to predict the load-carrying capacity of the clamping anchor,the parameters were also regressed,the analytical results agree well with the test ones.
