摘要:
建立加速溶剂萃取-高效液相色谱联用的方法,检测皮革中五氯苯酚的残余量.采用正己烷为溶剂,皮革样品经加速溶剂萃取、浓缩、过滤后,以乙腈和0.5%的乙酸水溶液为流动相,通过C18高效液相色谱柱,在二极管阵列检测器波长为214 nm处进行检测,以标准物质保留时间定性及外标法定量分析.结果表明:五氯苯酚在质量浓度为0.1~20.0 mg·L-1范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为96.0%~99.7%,相对标准偏差为0.74%~5.42%,检测限为0.02μg·g-1.
Abstract:
A method of accelerated solvent extraction and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was developed for the determination of residue pentachlorophenol in leather.The leather samples were extracted using accelerated solvent extraction(ASE) with N-hexane,then enriched and filtrated.Pentachlorophenol(PCP) was eluted on a C18 column with acetonitrile and 0.5% acetic acid solution,which then were detected by diode array detection(DAD) at 214 nm.Qualitative and quantitative analysis was carried out by retention time of PCP and external standard method.The results show that the mass concentration of PCP was a linear range of 0.1~20 mg·g-1 with good correlation coefficients(r=0.999 8),the mean recoveries were 96.0%~99.7%,with the relative standard deviation were 0.74%~5.42%,and the detection limit of this method for PCP was 0.02 μg·g-1.
