摘要:
把天然矿物原料长石、石英、滑石和双飞粉、氧化锌、碳酸钡等粉料混匀,按合适的技术工艺制备釉浆,以淋釉法在素坯上施釉,于辊道窑中烧结成无光釉.研究Al2O3,SiO2,MgO等氧化物,以及Al2O3/SiO2质量比、烧成制度和其他因素对无光釉的影响.结果表明,SiO2/Al2O3质量比应控制为5.0~6.2,釉料烧成时在1 260℃下保温25 min,然后急速降温至1 170℃,再缓慢降温至1 130℃,让玻璃相中过饱和无光剂呈微小晶体充分析出,可制得品质优良的镁无光釉产品.
Abstract:
Powders of natural raw minerals including feldspar,quartz and talcum were mixed with calcium carbonate,barium carbonate and zinc oxide,and then the mixture were prepared into glaze slip by using a reliable technique.By pouring the glaze slip onto the base,mat glaze was obtained after being fired in a roller hearth kiln.Influences of oxides such as Al2O3,SiO2 and MgO and the ratio Al2O3/SiO2,the firing schedule as well as other on the mat glaze were investigated typically.The results show that with SiO2/Al2O3 ratio controled between 5.0 and 6.2,keeping the fired glaze at 1 260 ℃ for 25 min,decreasing the temperature sharply to 1 170 ℃ and then slowly to 1 130 ℃,magnesium raw mat glaze was prepared.
