摘要:
将Pro/E的NC代码自动生成技术和VERICUT的加工仿真功能结合起来,以具体零件为加工对象,提出一种Pro/E和VERICUT联合运用的虚拟机床技术.基于Pro/E的后处理模块完成数控加工的NC代码的自动生成,并应用VERICUT软件实现零件的虚拟铣削过程动态仿真.通过检验,根据需要修正数控代码,重复上述仿真过程,进一步对刀位轨迹进行优化,最终获得优化的NC代码.铣削加工实例证明,将Pro/E和VERICUT联合运用进行虚拟机床技术研究的正确性和实用性.
Abstract:
A kind of virtual machine tool(VMT for short) technology is proposed by combinational use of PRO/E and VERICUT,in which the technology of automatic generation of numerical control(NC for short) codes provided by PRO/E and the machining simulation functions provided by VERICUT is combined for a given part.The automatic generation of NC codes in NC machining is achieved by the post-processing module of PRO/E and the dynamic simulation of the virtual milling process of the part is accomplished by VERICUT software.The optimal NC codes is finally obtained by optimizing the cutter locus through modification of NC codes according to the requirements after the check and repetition of simulation process mentioned above.The case study of milling process has validated the correctness and practicability of combinational use of PRO/E and VERICUT in the investigation of VMT technology.
