摘要:
针对激光二极管端面抽运的三镜复合腔Nd∶YVO4/KTP腔内和频激光器,在分别满足1064,1342nm双波长激光振荡阈值相等和光子数密度相等条件下,数值计算两个支腔腔长、两个支腔反射镜透过率之间的关系.根据理论计算得到的参数,在双波长光子数密度相等和双波长振荡阈值相等两种情况下,对比其和频输出的黄光功率.当抽运功率均为12 W时,分别得到了410 mV和340 mW的黄光输出,光-光转换效率分别为3.4%和2.8%.利用双波长光子数密度相等条件,可以得到更高转换效率的和频黄光.
Abstract:
The intracavity sum-frequency mixing of a laser diode(LD) end-pumped Nd∶YVO4/KTP laser with three mirrors compound cavity was researched.The relationships of the cavity lengths and transmissivities of two cavity branches was numerically calculated under the conditions that 1 064 nm and 1 342 nm lasers emission respectively possessed the same oscillation threshold and the equal dual-wavelength photon densities.According to the theoretical calculations the power output of the yellow laser was experimentally compared in the two circumstances.When the pump power was 12 W,410 mW and 340 mW power of the yellow laser was obtained and the conversion efficiency for light to light were 3.4% and 2.8% respectively.The results showed that the use of the equal dual-wavelength photon densities was more effectual.
