摘要:
针对叶片强迫响应问题,提出采用谐响应分析方法,将计算得到的叶片S1流面压力场引入动力学分析中.由进口导叶尾迹速度亏损计算出激振因子,把S1流面压力场转化为谐响应分析中的载荷压力场,初步建立S1流面压力场与叶片动应力的数值关系,以及在进口导叶尾流激振情况下叶片振动应力的预估方法.利用模态叠加法,研究进口导流叶片尾流亏损产生的不均匀来流对第一级转子叶片振动的影响.
Abstract:
The calculated S1 stream-face field of the blades used by harmonic response analysis is introduced into dynamic analysis for the forcing response problem of the blades.The exciting factor is calculated from the inlet guide vane wake velocity deficit,and the S1 stream-face pressure field is converted into load pressure field in harmonic response analysis so that the numerical relations between the S1 stream-face pressure field and the dynamic stress of the blades could be established and prediction method for the excitation stress of the blades under the condition of the inlet guide vane wake influence could be obtained.Mode superposition method can be used to investigate the influence of the unsteady floe induced by inlet guide vane wake deficit on the vibration of the first-stage rotor blades.
