摘要:
采用四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)比色法和细胞凋亡形态观察,初步探讨白英、毛麝香和使君子3种中草药的醇提物对肝癌细胞SMMC7721体外增殖的抑制效果.结果表明,白英醇提物对肝癌细胞SMMC7721有很强的抑制作用,当抑制率为50%时,样品的质量浓度(5ρ0)达到25.85 mg.L-1,且经50 mg.L-1作用72 h后,细胞逐渐变圆,体积缩小,有凋亡小体形成,呈典型的凋亡现象; 使君子、毛麝香的醇提物对细胞抑制作用较弱,在药物质量浓度达到100 mg.L-1时,对SMMC7721细胞的抑制率分别为43.88%,20.88%,二者的5ρ0均大于100 mg.L-1.
Abstract:
The anti-proliferative potential of ethanol extracts from Solanum lyratum,Adenosma glutinosum,and Quisqualis indica against hepatoma cell line SMMC7721 were evaluated in vitro by MTT assay and morphologigcal observation.Ethanol extract from Solanum lyratum demonstrated strong inhibitory effect.When the value of ρ50 was 25.85 mg·L-1,the inhibitory rate reached 50%.Apoptotic characteristics,including chromatin condensation,cell shrinkage,and the appearance of apoptotic bodies,were observed with 50 mg·L-1 for 72 h.The other two extracts from Adenosma glutinosum and Quisqualis indica had faint inhibitory effects,the inhibitory rate with 100 mg·L-1 were 43.88% and 20.88%,respectively.
