摘要:
从工序定位误差的严格定义和概念出发,在分析定位误差组成要素的基础上,比较用心轴定位、V形块定位和两垂直平面定位方案的优劣.基于定位误差的概念,分析定位误差的组成,进而运用定位误差的组成原理——定位误差组成法,计算并确定键槽的尺寸和对称度定位误差的大小.阐明定位误差组成法应用的步骤、特点,并给出分析及确定实例,达到优化定位方案的目的.
Abstract:
The analysis and determination of locating errors are an indispensable and important task in the design of process planning for mechanical components.Determination of the locating errors has direct influence on the quality,manufactureability,and cost,of the component.Keyseat,with its typical surfaces and shapes,gains its representativeness in the locating error calculations.From the strict definition and concept of locating error,and based on the andysis of the elements of the locating error,the constituent approach toward determination of locating errors is thoroughly studied and the concrete locating errors are computed in the cases of mandrel location,V-block location,and two mutually upright flat location for both the keyseat dimension and its symmetry.Examples are also given for using this approach.Comparison is made among the three locations,and techniques symmetry steps,features,and considerations are finally given in its application.
