摘要:
采用反相悬浮聚合法,制备出吸水率为1 300倍的膨润土/聚丙烯酸钠超吸水性复合材料.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(IR)和热分析(TG)等对样品进行表征和分析.结果表明,膨润土在聚合过程中除了层间距有所增大外,基本结构不变,但分散度提高; 超吸水性复合材料的热稳定性提高,进一步证明超吸水性复合材料中存在结合水和非结合水,且存在交联网状结构.
Abstract:
The poly(sodium acrylate)/bentonite superabsorbent composite with water absorbency 1 300 g·g-1 was synthesized by inverse suspension polymerization reaction.The product is characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),infrared spectra(IR),thermogravimetry(TG),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) analysis.It was found that the structure of bentonite did not change,disperse property and thermal stability of the superabsorbent composites was enhanced by adding bentonite powder.It was also confirmed that the bonding water and non-bonding water exist in the gel of superabsorbent composites.The structure of superabsorbent composite is reticulation.
