摘要:
从等离子熔射快速制造陶瓷件工艺过程入手,研究等离子射流温度场分布、送粉方式、粉末飞行过程中射流与粉末能量和动量传递、粉末的温度特性和速度特性对成形质量的影响; 分析沉积过程中所收集粉末的熔融状态、粒子扁平化形态对熔射层微观结构的影响,研究表明,通过优化工艺参数,改善射流温度场分布、粉末飞行特性,可有效地提高成形质量。
Abstract:
According to the technology of rapid manufacturing ceramic parts by plasma spray forming, the temperature field distribution of the plasma jet, the method of feeding powder, the energy and momentum transfer between the particle and plasma jet during spraying, and the influence of temperature and velocity property of the particle on forming quality are studied in detail. Meanwhile, the molten state of the particle collected during spraying, and the influence of the flatten state of the particle on the microstructure of the coating are analyzed. The results show that by optimizing the technical parameters, and improving the temperature field distribution of the plasma jet and flight properties of particles, the forming quality can be improved effectively, which is very significant for further widespread application of this technology.
