摘要:
晶闸管在交流调压等方面有着广泛的应用,至今仍是功率较大的电力电子器件.为保证大功率晶闸管在使用中可靠地工作,其触发电路的设计是重要的一环.为超小量电阻焊焊机的双向晶闸管(主晶闸管)设计带有脉冲封锁环节、较完善保护功能的触发电路,具有工作可靠、性能稳定等特点.
Abstract:
Thyristor has widely application to AC voltage regulation. It remains to be electrical and electronic device with great power. For ensuring thyristor of great power to work reliably in service, the design of its trigger circuit is an important link. The authors design here trigger arcuit with link of pulse blocking and perfectly protective function for the ase of bidirectional thyristor (main thyristor) in the welder of subminiature resistance weld. It characterizes by reliable work and stable performance.
