摘要:
论述面向绿色制造的智能化 CAPP系统的设计原则、软件开发平台和工具,以及 CAPP系统的组成 .采用成组技术、决策表技术、专家系统、产生式规则等关键技术,实现智能化工艺规程设计 .在汽车制造企业中使用,能减轻工艺设计工作量、大大缩短工艺设计周期、保证工艺设计质量,取得理想的效果
Abstract:
Facing toward an intelligence design of a CAPP system in green manufacturing, the authors discuss the principle of design, platform and means of software development, and composition of CAPP system; and suggest to adopt group technology, decision table, expert system, and generative rule for realizing the design of technical schedule with intelligence. The application of these new technologies to automobile manufacturing enterprise will lighten the work load of process planning, will greatly shorten the period of process planning and will guaranttee the quality of process planning. An ideal effect will thus be obtained.
