以 N- 1-萘乙二胺盐酸盐为原料,合成 1-萘基 - N′,N′-二乙酸 -乙二胺 (NDAE) .研究金属离子对 NDAE荧光特性的影响,探讨其荧光猝灭机理 .利用表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTAB),提高对铜测定的选择性和灵敏度,其相对荧光强度与铜离子浓度在 0 .4 933~ 5 .5 6 2μmol·L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系 .该方法的检测下限为 0 .14 8μmol· L-1,而相对标准偏差为0 .5 % .
Abstract:
A fluoresent reagent N (1 naphthyl) N′, N′ diacetate ethylenediamine(NDAE) is designed and synthesized by taking naphtyl ethylenediamine HCl as raw material. The effect of metal ions on fluorescence characteristic of NDAE is studied and the mechanism of its fluorescence quenching is investigated. The sclectivity and the sensitivity of copper determination can be increased by applying cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB) as surfactant. The relative intensity of fluorescence is quite linear with Cu(Ⅱ) ions in the range of 0.493 3~5.562 μmol·L -1 . This method shows a detection limit of 0.148 μmol·L -1 and a relative standard deviation of 0.5%.
