摘要:
运用 D-最优试验设计于超滤膜的制备研究,提出一种研制超滤膜的实验方法的新试验设计方案 .采用 MATL AB软件求得回归方程,然后得出膜性能预测值与所研究的 4个影响因素的组合关系 .统计检验的结果证明,在超滤膜研制中应用 D-最优试验设计,能较快找出最佳的工艺组合 .试验设计为新型超滤膜的研制,提供一种缩短开发周期的新途径
Abstract:
A new plan of experimental design is advanced to prepare ultrafiltration membrane. Namely, D optimizedly experimental design is applied to the preparation of ultrafiltration membrane from polyvinylidene fluoride. MATLAB software is used in solving regression equations; then, the relations between predicative values of membrane performance and 4 influencing factors are obtained. As proved by results of statistics and inspection, the application of D optimal experimental design to the preparation of ultrafiltration membrane is able to find optimal technologies fairly fast. This experimental design provides the preparation of new type ultrafiltration membrane with a new route for shortening the period of development.
